Event Overview

The International Capital Market Association (ICMA), in conjunction with Strate, hosted a free two-day capital market educational seminar in Johannesburg on the 15th and 16th of March 2018.
The seminar unpacked the implications of the upcoming regulatory changes for various markets and interpret the associated legal documentation. . 

Day 1 agenda: Fixed income funding, debt capital market tools and the impact on the capital market.
Day 2 agenda: Data and regulation update, legal documentation interpretation (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA), outlook on South African economy and CCP clearing roadmap.


Admission: This event was open to all Strate and ICMA members and interested financial market participants.
